Glass Feather How to Order Page

Under each glass product is an "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Click on this button to place the item in your shopping cart. You always have the opportunity to change the order quantity or to delete the item from your shopping cart prior to placing the actual order. You do this by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" button which also appears under each product. When you are satisfied with the items and quantity in your shopping cart, click on the "Proceed With Checkout" button. This takes you to a Check out Form where you complete shipping and credit card information.

You may order in one of the following five ways and any special discounts apply to all:

(1) Online	Click the " Proceed With Checkout" button at bottom of "Checkout Form" for Secure Online Ordering (SSL) provided by "justaddcommerce." Any special discounts will be applied after you click this button. You will then have an opportunity to confirm your order before you click the "Submit Secured Order" button.

(2) Phone	Call 1.828.885.8457 or Toll Free at 1.877.528.8457(10a.m.-5p.m. EST). If voice mail answers, please leave your name, order, bill-to and ship-to address and credit card number with expiration date. Leave your telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order or if you would like us to return your call promptly.



(3) Mail	Send the product code, description, and quantity of each item you want to buy as well as the bill-to and ship-to address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box) and include your credit card number with expiration date. Mail to: The Glass Feather, P.O. Box 241, Cedar Mountain, NC 28718-0241.



(4) Fax	Include the information as in #3 above and fax to: 1.828.884.6312


(5) E-mail	mailto:order@glassfeather.com If you prefer to pay by check or money order, click on this order e-mail address. Include info as in #3 above and we will return via e-mail the total amount due - which includes taxes if you reside in the state of NC. Do not include your credit card as e-mail is not secure.
